Finding reference for Deborah Watling that's not from Doctor Who is extremely difficult. I would recommend sticking to your DVDs of Tomb of the Cybermen, and looking at her existing scene in Evil of the Daleks, and the telesnaps from the end of Fury From the Deep. The Ice Warriors also has its moments.
Deborah's pre-Doctor Who roles are pretty obscure, and IMDB has no entry for her after leaving Doctor Who until 4 years later.
"Doctor in Charge" .... Emma Livingstone (2 episodes, 1972)
- The Taming of the Wolf (1972) TV episode .... Emma Livingstone
27 August 1972 (Season 1, Episode 21)
- That's My Uncle! (1972) TV episode .... Emma Livingstone
10 September 1972 (Season 1, Episode 23)
If you don't mind looking at a 4 year older Deborah Watling and still calling it reference, there are some excellent closeups of her in these episodes. I don't have them to hand at the moment, but if anyone else does please feel free to post.
Here's Deborah Watling five years after Doctor Who, in the film "That'll Be the Day." It's a smallish role, and she has very few lines. Here she's playing miniature golf, before going off to sleep with David Essex (not safe for work), while her friend goes off presumably to sleep with Ringo Starr.

Although it's five years after Doctor Who, and she's going more for womanly than girlish, this closeup gives you a good look at her features here.
Here's a few more images, in a 6-megabyte TIFF file - and they're uncompressed too!
