I've just begun construction of Totters lane. Here is the first image, a work in progress. Smiley

It looks like a Blu-Ray screen capture from the episode, assuming, of course, the production arranged a shot from that angle. Grin

I suspect if you continue with this project and depict the scrapyard itself, it'll be a polygon heavy "nightmare" what with all the unusual objects like damaged store dummies, crates, tarps draped over items and bicycle wheels with numerous wire spokes. Shocked

Sincerely,

Bill

Yes, the image I am using for reference is a still image in a book I have from the episode. I'm hoping to create the inside of the scrapyard as well, although I may use some artistic license and a few other little tricks to try and reduce the poly count.
I'm hoping to put a short animation together using the scrapyard. Its going to take quite a while though.

The inside of the tardis I created takes an age to render, so I have reduced the screen size to help speed things along a little. As I am trying to give the animation that old TV look, it shouldn't effect the quality too much.

My next big, and longest hurdle will be the creation of Susan. More about that later though. For now its back to Totters lane....... Wink
