Hi, guys. Here is some material based on another 1963 British SF show- 'Space Patrol'. I'm producing a 'reloaded' version just to showcase my talents. I've redesigned and modernized the figures, but whilst still trying to keep the spirit of the originals. Here is a render of the lead character, Capt. Larry Dart. I'm using Face Shop Pro and Modo to modify Poser figures. The outfit is very nearly a bog-standard UziLite item with mildly modified textures.

wow, that looks very good indeed, I take it the hair is poser hair.
I really should pay more attention to poser and its counterparts.
I look forward to seeing more of what you have done. - and will do!

Very nice indeed.
UziLite makes some cracking outfits as well.

A small update here- I've finished Husky, and posed him next to Dart. I'm assembling sets, props and vehicles now. I will wait until the new update for Faceshop Pro comes out, then I'll have a go at the rest of the Space Patrol cast.

I love the clothes and the characters, it makes me jelous and envious. And in awe at the same time.
Husky looks a little scary. Just a little.
Great work there BTW

Yep, using Faceshop Pro 3.5 myself even now. Here is the crew of the Galasphere. All they need now is the Galasphere itself! Nod, would you happen to have anything to do with a "World of Tat"?

I'll be updating it at some point in the next decade. Also down as Laughing Psycho on YouTube and Xbox Live.

Thanks for the comments, guys.
And Nod, thank YOU for all the P4 textures over the years! Yours and Tim Laubach's are the best for Posettes! Did you ever make the character morphs available as well as the textures?

Ta much for liking the textures. I never actually did any morphs. It was all in the texture. The Buffy one is the only one that used a morph which was by Duane Moody, but you can pick that up from here http://www.geocities.com/duane_moody/?20073 Just click on the Head Shop Link. You see that he even uses my Mk1 Buffy texture for it. Other than that, I've only just started having a go at morphs, but they're for V3/M3 and V4. They'll be Who related, so I'll make them available here when the download section is up and running.

Crikey, if anyone carries large degrees of ineptitude, it's me! I have been using Poser since version 1, and have 'grown up' with it, as it were. I'm currently trying to add more strings to my artistic bow, and hope to make a comic strip with the characters for my portfolio, and possibly a short animation if time allows. I'm an actor, and can easily make the soundtrack with myself and some like-minded friends and fellow actors. I'm also learning to model in Modo, but that's quite a learning curve. I'm trying to do the Space Patrol thing with pre-existing props and sets, and just using custom textures for them. Here is the next character- Colonel Raeburn, the irascible head of the United Galactic Organization in 2100. At the moment he's wearing a bog-standard Daz tunic that may gain a custom texture later.

There is nothing bog-standard about him. Love the hair and textures, and everything really.

Ta very much! Poser is just a box of very adaptable figures with ready-built rigging and a MASSIVE amount of 3rd-party items to go with them. It is also possible to export Poser scenes into Maya, for example. Here's another- Raeburn again, with his loyal Venusian secretary Marla.
