Wiped! Doctor Who's Missing Episodes by Richard Molesworth

Well seeing as this section of the forum has never been touched, let's use it to chat about this fascinating, heartwarming, engrossing, enlightening, heartbreaking publication!

I've just digested the book in the course of about 1 weekend.  Now normally I'm very wary of applying the label "definitive" to any history of anything (my old A-Level history course taught me that, if nothing else.  Ironically enough, I spent quite some time at A-level reading history books by Asa Briggs...  Funny how things come full circle sometimes).

Anyway, back on topic - Wiped! presents a clear-headed, balanced, almost obsessively researched view of the topic, whilst also successfully conveying the love and care of the show's fans and those involved in it's sale and archive.  So yes this is as close to definitive as any factual book I have ever read before.

Opinions?

I'd love to offer an opinion... Sadly I don't own the book. But I would love to see what comes out of this thread, see what others have to say about it.

Bring it on :)

I would LOVE this book, however the shipping from the UK is insane. I have been waiting for it to turn up in local stores.

I don't have it either, because money. I don't have a lot of things for the same reason.
